Once opened, we recommend that you finish the product within 1 month. Of course, it won't be obsolete or harmful to your health, but its taste may change - especially the RELAX with reishi.

We recommend a minimum of 2 doses a day for lasting effects.

No worries for mixing courses of treatment, for example THINK in the morning and RELAX in the evening.

Studies into the consumption of lion's mane, reishi and maitake and their effects on pregnant women have not yet been completed and thoroughly investigated. This is why, as a precautionary measure, we do not recommend the use of our products during pregnancy.

Ideally, you should put one or two teaspoons of the powder into a blender, then add water (hot or cold) and/or milk and blend well. The drink will be creamy and the ingredients in osmosis with the liquid. 
Otherwise, stirring well and mixing with a spoon into a cup is quite enough.

Not yet for the coffee range. However, our cocoa is caffeine-free.
