What is Lifestyle?

Lifestyle medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on preventive health care and self-care. It focuses on the prevention, research, education and treatment of disorders caused by lifestyle factors and preventable causes of death such as nutrition, physical inactivity, chronic stress and self-destructive behaviors.

Dr. Michael Gaille

Dr. Gaille has always been passionate about sport and nutrition. His research led him to discover the benefits that nutrition can have on health and disease prevention. He subsequently specialized in preventive and anti-aging medicine.

Josiane Trachsel

Trained as a nurse, Josiane is passionate about alternative medicine and has helped to treat many people. Her knowledge of the Lifestyle is inexhaustible. She knows all the techniques and tricks to help you regain the keys to excellent physical and mental 
health.

Mélanie Nicollier

A pharmacy assistant by profession, Mélanie has a keen curiosity for everything to do with lifestyle medicine. Her sensitivity and empathy, combined with her experience in the field (she tests everything she discovers), have provided great support in the follow-up of consultants.
